Barbanne can provide or arrange packing and/or shipping services. Any such services provided or arranged by us are at the buyer's sole risk and expense.

RETURNS

If an item does not meet your expectations, the order can be returned:· Starting on the day of delivery, you have 14 days to apply for a return. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted.

​

Make sure that the interior object is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.· Sending costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty or damaged products.

 

We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit. Post services are very reliable nowadays but never bad to keep your proof of postage.

PROCEDURE TO RETURN:

 

• Send an email to welcome@barbanne.com and clearly mention your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange.

• You will receive an answer within 48 hours. A return form will be attached. Put all products and the necessary documents in a proper return package, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be send.

• Send your return to: Ann Mussche, Eindestraat 3, 9111 Belsele, Belgium.

     

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your item is returned in good condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
